It is not a public consumer app; reviewers and visitors should understand that login is restricted to clinic personnel with assigned credentials.

Google data — purpose & scope

Required disclosure for Google OAuth verification

When a clinic administrator enables integration, this app connects to Google Contacts (People API) to sync patient contact details (name, phone, email) into the clinic’s authorized Google account — so staff can reach patients from their usual contact list. Sync is optional, admin-initiated, and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use).

Data accessed

  • Google Contacts — create/update entries when patient records change
  • Account email — identify the connected Google account
  • OAuth tokens — encrypted, used only for sync operations

How it is used

  • Clinic operational communication only
  • Not sold, not used for ads, not shared with data brokers
  • Disabled anytime from clinic settings
  • No public access to Google or patient data from this page
Google sign-in is requested only inside the authenticated dashboard when an administrator turns on Contacts sync — not from this public login screen.
